Here you’ll find a selection of workshops, based on my areas of expertise and experience:

Everything I offer has been created specifically to inform and inspire you in a supportive, positive way. And while many of these workshops cover emotive subjects, you will be in a friendly space where personal stories or experiences can be shared and respected, and you can leave feeling uplifted, confident and optimistic. I promise there is something really beneficial here for everyone, whatever age or stage of life you have reached. In fact, the sooner you start learning about these really significant subjects that will affect all of us at some point in our lives, the better. Especially when it comes to dealing with bereavement and organising funeral ceremonies. Because the more information you have in advance, the better you’ll be able to cope emotionally and practically when the time comes.
These small group workshops and get-togethers are run by me, in person, in my local town of Kirkcudbright, in Dumfries and Galloway.
